The most successful projects have one thing in common: In cooperation with our customer we develop ideas and concepts and include our partner's specific product know-how as well as our specific experience and know-how in producing technical plastic parts. This way of working guarantees at an early stage of development cooperation between both partners.

Product development

Ideas and concepts are developed - they are taking shape.

GEALAN's engineering team realises this in the premises of GEALAN CAXsolutions on state-of-the-art 3-D CADsystems. (CATIA V5. PTC Creo and SOLIDWORKS)

Rapid Prototyping

Time to market - Rapid Prototyping contributes significantly. It only takes few days until the CAD-designed part is available - as stereolithography part, as laser sintered part or as part moulded by vacuum.

Our 3D printer enables us to cost-effectively produce these three-dimensional workpieces.

Rapid tooling is used to produce virtually series-ready prototypes and built-in components from original materials. These components are made from aluminium moulds, help safeguard the development process and are the precursor to series moulds.

 

 

Mould construction

Now, all findings and conclusions from the previous steps are used for the development of the production-model mould. State-of-the-art CNC-controlled machines guarantee precision and productivity.

 

 

 

Series production

Our state-of-the-art machine fleet with clamping forces ranging from 350 to 24,000 kN, a TS 16949-certified quality management system and highly qualified employees enable us to achieve the highest possible standards in series production

 

 

The intelligent product

GEALAN products can be found everywhere, but cannot be identified easily due to the fact that none of our moulded parts bear our name.

Our products and components are part of the whole - no matter whether they are installed in automobiles, in electric or household appliances, or in applications for the building industry.
