Our technical trainees take part in multi-week modules with our external partners that teach them all of the practical knowledge they need according to the training plan. This is how we ensure unified training with qualified trainers on the right machines.
During the time spent at GEALAN trainees can concentrate on applying this knowledge and learning their profession in an everyday work environment.
WE offer additional workshops and training courses for all career fields to reinforce specific content, develop soft skills and convey the GEALAN approach. The workshops are conducted by external providers and GEALAN employees and greatly enhance training.
For GEALAN it is important to share as much knowledge as possible with trainees during their development so that they can grow both personally and professionally.
Each department has its own training officer who works as a liaison between trainees and the company and who is responsible for assigning tasks and conveying GEALAN-specific expertise. This contact is skilled in dealing with trainees and knows what is important during training.
