GEALAN Formteile and anniversary celebrants
The GEALAN Formteile staff and anniversary celebrants look forward to the traditional GEALAN Christmas party each year. This year marked the first time the holiday celebration was cancelled. However, since acknowledging employees celebrating their anniversaries with the company is a matter of honour, this ceremony naturally took place.
Participants were divided into small, safe groups and met at the headquarters in Oberkotzau.
Managing Director Gerhard Laubmann recognised employees for their longstanding service to the company.
“Values are more important than ever!” said Gerhard Laubmann as he welcomed the celebrants. “Through difficult times, in a challenging environment and in light of uncertain prospects, it helps to know the people you can truly count on. Loyalty is one of these guiding principles. This is why I am especially pleased to thank the following employees for their tremendous loyalty to GEALAN. They are celebrating 20, 25 and even 30 years of service to our company. … ”
Beyond loyalty, values such as closeness, solidarity and community are what give this ceremony meaning and purpose. And, because there is nothing more valuable than real contact with real people, everyone at GEALAN Formteile hopes that we will be able to celebrate our company’s traditional Christmas party next year.
