13 new apprentices start at GEALAN Formteile GmbH

Welcome to GEALAN Formteile!
Pursuing and sharing goals, making and forgiving mistakes and, most of all, having fun . . .! This was the theme for 13 new apprentices today, 1 September.
In keeping with the company’s tradition, the owner and managing partner of the GEALAN Formteile Group, Thomas Fickenscher, Head of Human Resources Elisabeth Spörl and the staff members from the respective divisions responsible for apprenticeship training received the new talent and wished them all the best as they embark on their new career paths.
“13 new trainees are now starting their apprenticeship programs in Production, Logistics, Administration, Automation Technology, the Mould Shop, Operating Engineering, IT, Plant Quality and at GEALAN CAXsolutions. In total, there are 33 apprentices at GEALAN Formteile, three of whom are dual studies students,” explained Human Resources Assistant Antje Betz. “We hired on every single member of last year’s class of apprentices,” she proudly added.
The start of the GEALAN³ training concept, which also included breakfast with the apprentices, tours and visits to the six plants in Hof and Aš, Czech Republic, and of course an introduction to occupational safety, culminated in an enjoyable evening complete with delicious barbecue for everyone involved.
The young people will gain insight into the company’s entire portfolio while interacting and collaborating with the various areas of the company.
Now their motto is:
Pursuing goals, gaining experience and making mistakes together and also sharing a laugh from time to time ...
