Our expertise
Development
From the idea to the finished component, we develop and design polymer moulded parts ready for series production according to our customers' requirements. Prior to production, our designs are tested for design and functionality using simulations, scans and rapid prototyping.
Production
From classic 1- or 2-component injection moulding on machines with clamping forces of up to 24,000 kN, through welding and foaming, to finishing, our customers have a wide range of different manufacturing processes at their disposal.
Assembly
We offer manual and fully automated assembly concepts including monitoring of required customer parameters and end-of-line testing.
Quality
Quality is an important part of our work. From development and industrialisation to the finished component, the quality of our work is regularly checked and assured in accordance with our customers' requirements.
Logistics
We develop logistics concepts that are precisely tailored to our customers' requirements. Thanks to our flexibility and adherence to delivery dates, your products are in the right place at the right time.

We are a family owned business with over 100 years of experience. As GEALAN Formteile, we have been developing and manufacturing technical injection moulded parts and assemblies at a total of eight locations in three European countries since 1985. We have been based in Oberkotzau in Upper Franconia since the very beginning.
From development and design through production and finishing to the finished component, our more than 700 employees achieve unique things every day.
