GEALAN believes it is well positioned. On the one hand, we have been successfully developing and producing applications that are independent of the drive concept (e.g. interior and structural components) for years. On the other hand, we see ourselves in a position to profitably contribute the expertise we have built up over the years in the fields of fluid engineering, material development and validation to the thermal management of traction batteries and fuel cells.
In addition, our expertise in lightweight construction and function-integrating metal substitutions is more in demand than ever.
Thermomanagement
Many years of experience with heating, air conditioning and engine cooling components characterise us. Material expertise and comprehensive know-how in fluid engineering are our assets for the thermal management of e-mobility.
Sound & Infotainment
The networking of systems, increasing demands on in-vehicle entertainment and safety-relevant AVAS systems are increasingly determining the vehicle experience - regardless of the drive.
Interior
Whether panelling, door modules, functional assemblies or highly stressed and safety-relevant functional carriers in the cockpit - these are typical applications in the interior. Here too, lightweight construction and our MuCell technology play a key role.
Exterior
We also contribute to the resource-efficient operation of the vehicle in the exterior and structural areas - regardless of the drive concept! Be it with lightweight crash components for pedestrian protection or complete air flap control systems to optimise aerodynamics and ensure the temperature balance in the drive train - GEALAN is on board.
