Connection technology – we are setting new standards
In all media-conducting and pressure-resistant applications, maintaining system tightness under all operating conditions is essential. For us, innovation is the key to success. We strive to continuously develop new ideas and solutions while ensuring that they provide real added value to our customers.
Our Xlock360 offers a robust and easily installable connection, which we are able to adjust specifically according to customers specifications. The significantly reduced stress level also opens up new potential for material selection.
Xlock360 in Action
Our partner Grünbeck is setting new standards with the cliQlock modular system and relies on our innovative Xlock360 connection technology.
This allows water filters, water softening, and dosing to be connected to the system independently of one another in a very small space.
The tool-free installation of the cliQlock system enables craftsmen to significantly reduce installation time, and allows homeowners to organise their water treatment more flexible than never before.

Xlock360
Our Xlock360 sets new standards in connection technology.
The Xlock360 polymer clamp, with its nearly 360-degree grip angle, enables an even, stress-reducing force distribution, thus providing a highly durable connection between polymer or metal pipe components.

Why we choose polymer
The smaller grip angle and reduced contact area of metal alternatives, such as wire or sheet metal clamps create an excessively high stress level within the clamp shaft and around the weld area.
That is why we replace the conventional wire or sheet metal clamp with our Xlock360 polymer clamp. With that we are able to significantly reduce stress peaks and thus contribute to the reliability and longevity of the entire interface.
The advantages of Xlock360
Maximised
grip angle
The fexible and reliable, the polymer clamp achieves a grip angle around the pipe component of nearly 360°.
Uniform force
transmission
Axial forces are evenly distributed across the system, helping to minimize lateral forces. This significantly contributes to the reliability and longevity of the entire interface.
Flexible
design
The polymer clamp is adaptable to various assembly configurations, for example, in terms of grip length, and it is also scalable in diameter.
Facilitated
installation
The Xlock360 requires lower assembly and disassembly forces compared to conventional metal clamps, and its integrated locking mechanism ensures reliable loss prevention.
