Dialogue Days

In a total of 11 sessions, all employees were able to find out about the latest company information and business developments at GEALAN. 

The two Managing Directors Thomas Fickenscher and Gerhard Laubmann, as well as their sons Timo Fickenscher and Jonas Laubmann, first gave a brief company update and were then available to answer questions and engage in open dialogue with the participants.

The dialogue days were once again the perfect opportunity to ask questions and make suggestions directly and receive first-hand information.
