Trainee Welcome Day at GEALAN

We welcomed our new trainees and their families six weeks before the start of training in 2024. The afternoon was the perfect opportunity to get to know our company and the trainers.

After some brief information about GEALAN and what the trainees can expect in the first few weeks, the families were given a tour of our plant in Oberkotzau.

Meanwhile, the trainees received their vocational training contracts and were able to talk to their future colleagues and trainers.

Afterwards, we rounded off the day with delicious snacks and drinks in our bistro.
